Navigating organizational change requires an intentional embrace of human and organizational complexity. We must do more than explore and tend to the technical aspects of the change journey. We must also create space for individuals at all levels of the organization to journey through the grief and fear that often shows up as resistance to change. Leaders must build their capacity to engage in ambiguity and uncertainty and cultivate collective resilience across the team. You must also cultivate a spirit of prophetic imagination and an openness to possibilities for change.
